08How do I request samples or an allocation?
Send a trade enquiry with your company, destination, preferred origin or lot, approximate volume and timing. Request a representative sample, current specification and written offer. Sample costs, seasonal commitments and spot allocations are agreed for the relevant order.
09What documentation should accompany an offer?
Ask for the identified origin and producer or washing station, crop and processing records, physical specification and current sensory assessment. Any certification and destination-specific due diligence documents must be identified and verified for the offered lot.
010Do you offer a fixed delivery term or minimum order?
Quantity, packaging, shipment window, Incoterm and named delivery point are agreed for each order. A website enquiry is not a binding purchase or stock reservation.
